Turnaround time is the processing and handling time from when your order is paid until when we ship out.

If you have a specific delivery date requirement, let us know BEFORE placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate you with a no-fee turnaround commitment date. Additionally, expedited shipping services may be available for a fee.

CUSTOM ORDERS – Please allow approximately 10-15 business days to turnaround, although we are frequently under that time frame.  Time allows for review of artwork (and potential issues), procuring blank merchandise from our distributors, and scheduling into the appropriate print method production run. However, we exceed that time frame as we are able.

RTW – “Ready-to-wear” (RTW) means the item is a stock DESIGN, not custom. It means “print on demand (POD)”, and NOT synonymous with on the shelf, ready-to-ship. The ordinary turnaround for RTW is 3-10 business days.   (Note a possibility of backorder from  blank product our distributor.)

SUBMITTING ARTWORK

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS
If you are unsure about the resolution or any aspect of your artwork, PLEASE ASK! We’re here to help.
File Format
Preferred file formats are SVG or PNG. (Other formats will be accepted, including PDF, JPG, JPEG, TIF, and TIFF.)
Image Resolution

Bitmap files are recommended to be 300ppi resolution at the enlarged print size for best quality results. That means, for example, if your image is going to be 8″ x 10″, then the pixel dimensions you should find in file properties would be (8″ x 300ppi) x (10″ x 300ppi) = 2400 x 3000 pixel dimension for the highest quality.

HOW TO SUBMIT ARTWORK
BASICS Collection Purchase
If you are ordering from BASICS, then Zwik Designer will be the normal process to submit your artwork.  However, for various reasons, you may elect to use the Quote Request & Upload Form for ARTWORK ONLY. In that case, use the dummy image placeholder(s) in Zwik Designer so that printing costs can be properly calculated for the order (refer to Zwik Designer – HELP).
GIANT Catalog Purchase
Use the Quote Request & Upload Form for submitting your artwork. However, if you elect to use Zwik Designer as your design tool, then follow these GIANT Catalog with Zwik Designer instructions to send your artwork directly form Zwik Designer.
Any Type of Quote
You may use the Quote Request & Upload Form for any type of price quote (even if you don’t see the product in our catalog), or for any information request.
